Creating Books Manually
Sometimes the book you’re looking for isn’t available online—or you simply want to enter everything yourself.
Choosing Add Manually creates a completely empty book.
Starting With a Blank Book
Section titled “Starting With a Blank Book”A manually created book contains no metadata.
You’ll be taken directly to the editing screen, where every field is available for you to fill in.
You only need to complete the information that’s useful for your library.
Filling Book Information
Section titled “Filling Book Information”BookVault supports a wide range of metadata, including:
Basic Information
Section titled “Basic Information”- Cover image
- Title
- Subtitle

Contributors
Section titled “Contributors”- Authors

- Illustrators

Audiobooks additionally support:

- Narrators
Saving the Book
Section titled “Saving the Book”Once you’re satisfied with the information you’ve entered, simply save the book.
You can return and edit any part of the book later, so it’s perfectly fine to start with only the information you currently have.
