Understanding Your Statistics

BookVault turns your reading sessions and library details into a view of your reading life over time.

Two kinds of information shape this section:

  • Reading sessions provide dates, pages, reading time, progress, and pace.
  • Book metadata provides authors, categories, formats, ratings, publication details, and purchases.

You do not need to complete every field. The more relevant information you record, the more complete the corresponding statistics become.

Depending on your data, you can explore a reading calendar, pages and time read, books finished, streaks, reading pace, and comparisons with previous years.

BookVault can also show trends such as frequently read authors and categories, longest books, purchases by month, yearly spending, and the relationship between books acquired and books read.
