Ownership
Ownership describes how a book belongs in your collection. It is separate from reading status, so an owned, borrowed, or wishlist book can still be Reading, Next, Completed, or DNF.
The book belongs to your personal collection.
Borrowing
Section titled “Borrowing”You borrowed the book from a library, friend, or another source.
Borrowed
Section titled “Borrowed”Someone else currently has your copy. Think of this status as lent to someone.
Wishlist
Section titled “Wishlist”You want to acquire the book in the future. Wishlist books can still hold complete metadata, notes, categories, and an intended reading status.
By default, Next focuses on books you own. You can allow wishlist books under Settings → Library.
