Import from Another App

If you already keep a library elsewhere, you do not need to rebuild it one book at a time. Open Import from Other Apps and choose a supported source.

Goodreads

BookVault uses the CSV file created by Goodreads:

1. Visit the Goodreads Import/Export page while signed in.
2. Choose Export Library and download the CSV.
3. Return to BookVault and select that file.
4. Review the import options and begin.

BookVault reads a copy of the export. It does not change your Goodreads account.

Book Track

Choose Book Track and select a supported export from that app. BookVault will guide you through the available import options before it changes your library.

Imports do not count toward the free limit

You can import your complete supported library even when it contains more than 20 books.

After the import finishes, the books begin appearing in your library. Large imports and optional online metadata lookups may take additional time.
